How It Works

Initial inspection is free

We'll inspect your tools and equipment, and let you know if it's economical to repair. If not, we can return your equipment or recycle. 

Please note that tools may not be reassembled after inspection. If you would like your tools returned as they were picked up, a 30 minute labor charge will apply.

Transparent policy

We guarantee to only repair up to 50% of the replacement cost of your tool. 

Any repair costs over 50% will be quoted, giving you the choice of repair or replacement.
