Some items simply aren’t worth fixing, and we’ll be upfront about that. Every repair is assessed case by case, with pricing communicated before any work begins.
Transparent repair policy
As a guide, we aim to keep repair costs below 50% of the replacement MSRP unless you approve otherwise.
If it’s likely to go beyond that, we’ll provide a quote first so you can decide whether to proceed or replace the tool.
If you have a budget in mind, let us know upfront and we’ll advise whether the repair is worth it.
