How It Works
The following terms apply to all inspections and repairs.
Free initial inspection
We inspect your tool or equipment and let you know whether it is economical to repair. If it’s not worth fixing, you can choose to have it returned or recycled.
Please note: tools may not be reassembled after inspection. If you would like your tool returned in the same condition it was received, a 30-minute labour charge applies.
Transparent repair policy
We guarantee that repair costs will not exceed 50% of the replacement MSRP without your approval.
If a repair is expected to exceed 50%, we’ll provide a quote so you can decide whether to proceed with the repair or replace the tool.
If you have a maximum budget in mind, please let us know upfront and we’ll advise whether the repair is viable.
